Roblox Health Service
Bringing independent Roblox medical groups together to share good practice, tools and support.
The Roblox Health Service (RHS) is a neutral partnership hub for hospital trusts, ambulance services, mental health providers and other healthcare groups on Roblox. We don’t run or control any groups — we simply help them work together.
Join the partnership networkRoblox Health Service is a community initiative. It is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the NHS, and does not regulate, own or manage any Roblox groups.

A neutral partner, not another group in charge
RHS is designed as a neutral space where Roblox medical groups can connect. Your trust or group stays fully independent — you keep control of your staff, rules and in-game content.
Our role is to make it easier to share what works, avoid duplication and raise the overall standard of medical and emergency roleplay on the platform.
- We do not manage, own or rank members in your Roblox group.
- We do not set mandatory rules for how your trust operates.
- We do promote safe, respectful and realistic medical roleplay.
- We do help groups learn from each other and collaborate.
Think of RHS as a network and support service for Roblox medical communities, rather than a “super-trust” that controls them.
How we support Roblox medical groups
RHS focuses on three main areas: support and advice, shared resources, and collaboration opportunities.
Support & guidance
Informal, practical advice for group leaders and governance teams.
- Governance suggestions
- Example policies and SOPs
- Ideas for fair staffing and progression
Shared resources
Re-usable tools and frameworks which you can adapt to your own setup.
- Training and competency frameworks
- Clinical-style documentation templates
- Shift, application and logging tools
Collaboration & networking
Ways for trusts and medical groups to meet, share learning and work together.
- Cross-group meetings and workshops
- Best-practice discussions
- Shared events and joint projects
Resources you can adapt for your group
RHS maintains a growing library of example policies, templates and technical frameworks. Everything is designed to be generic so you can customise it to match your own trust’s branding and structure.
Governance & safeguarding pack
Example policies covering behaviour, age requirements, safe staffing and escalation routes for Roblox medical communities.
Operational templates
Templates for shift rotas, staff records, training logs and clinical-style documentation that you can plug into your own systems.
Connect your trust or medical group
If you lead, co-own or help run a medical or emergency-focused Roblox group, you can contact us to discuss joining the RHS partnership network.
We’ll usually ask for:
- A link to your Roblox group and main experiences
- Who is responsible for governance and safeguarding in your community
- A brief description of what your group does and who it is for
Together we can decide what level of support or collaboration makes sense for your group.
Or contact us in-game via the Roblox Health Service group.
